Returns & Replacements

All returns being shipped back to Top Hunters Home are required to have an approved RMA before the return is sent back. You can request an RMA from your order history screen within your account or contact our customer service team and they can process the RMA by chat, email, or phone.

Merchandise that is returned for refund or exchange must be in new and in unused condition. All packaging must be returned with the merchandise for a full refund of purchase price or exchange. We may decline your return if any items are missing (such as instruction manuals or accessories) or may charge a fee to replace those items.

Non-returnable Items

  • Firearms and Air Rifles
  • Ammo, Primers, and Powder
  • Mouth calls
  • Base layers, long underwear, lingerie, and hats
  • Live or frozen baits
  • Labor
  • Services or background checks
  • Hunting or fishing license
  • Gift Cards
  • Consumable items such as food, drinks, and batteries
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Non-defective special orders
  • DVDs

All items that you believe are defective are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. Defective items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order confirmation email and all materials inside the package, including but not limited to instruction manuals, accessories and parts. Defective DVDs will be exchanged only for the same item within 30 days. Defective electronic items should be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

In-Store Pickup / Ship-to-Store Cancellations

In-store pickup, curbside delivery, and ship-to-store orders will typically be ready within 24 hours. Once your order is ready we will send you an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. We will hold your order for up to five days after it is ready for pickup. After five days we will attempt to contact you. If we are unsuccessful your order will be canceled and refunded.

Picking up your order

All non-firearm orders should be picked up from the internet department, which is in the front corner of the store just past the grilling section. If an associate is not available press the call button next to the double doors and a Green Top team member will assist you as soon as possible.

All firearm orders should be picked up at the firearms processing counter, which is in the middle of the store. Make sure you have the proper forms of identification.

Refund Methods

For online purchases:

  • Credit Card: Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account associated with the order.
  • Credova Financing: Refunds will be paid out via check, which will be mailed to the billing address on the original order. When partial refunds are paid out for orders placed with Credova. Financing the refund will amount to the total of the items and/or tax and/or shipping. The total financed amt will not change. For example if the total amount financed is $1000 and a refund amount of $30 is due. A check for $30 will be mailed to the billing address on the order and the financed amount will remain $1000.

For in-store purchases:
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. Any refund of a purchase made with a gift card will be refunded on a gift card.

Firearms Returns

Returns on firearms that have been transferred to you are not allowed. Once a new firearm is transferred, it is considered used, even if unfired. Thoroughly inspect each firearm when you go to pick them up at the dealer we ship your order to. You MUST do this before completing the transfer. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. By purchasing a firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy). If your firearm is damaged in shipment or determined to be defective prior to the completion of the transfer.

Promotional Items, Bundles, and Free Shipping

When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you buy a Bow that includes a free FoodSaver, the total value of the foodsaver will be deducted from the refund if the FoodSaver is not returned with the bow.

When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive $200 in savings when you purchase a Crossbow and accessory pack (Ready-to-Hunt Package) together and you return only a portion of all of the items, the $200 bundle savings will be subtracted from your refund.

When an item is returned for any reason other than being defective or damaged and free shipping was applied to the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders or orders placed for large quantities of the same item will be reviewed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to review and reject bulk orders at our discretion. Bulk orders that are cancelled are eligible for a full refund. Shipping charges are calculated separately for bulk orders.
